Hi,
One group in my company ran a POC with AppSite to test troubleshotting one of my company’s product and it went very well.
They sent some people for training and now we are waiting for the first customer to be willing to install an additional appsite server and a recorder in his environment. I don’t know yet how hard it is to convince them to do so.
So, I still can’t say about ROI.
You can use this tool for both support and QA. Here they decided to start with support.
Bottom line, no ROI yet.
I promise to share it when I’ll know more.
